The Heritage Hotel & Spa would like to advise guests of the following information in order to enhance your stay:
- The Heritage Spa Experience (Thermal Suite) is an additional charge to guest unless it is inclusive of your package. This area is not suitable for pregnant guests.
- Our cancellation policy is 48 hours prior to arrival. Should you cancel your reservation within the 48 hours you will be charged the first night’s accommodation. Deposits are non refundable.
- Check in time is 3pm on the day of arrival, and check out is 12 noon. We will do everything to have rooms available for early check in but, based on occupancy, cannot always accommodate early arrivals.
- Children are welcome in the Leisure Centre daily from 9am to 12noon and 3pm to 6pm.
- All rate quotes are inclusive of vat at 13,5%.
