What a pleasure it was to attend the Gluten Free Roadshow organised by The Coeliac Society of Ireland in Rochestown Park Hotel, Cork.

This event, sponsored by Dunnes Stores, was a fantastic day with cookery demos, informative talks and panel discussions.

The attendants thoroughly enjoyed their samples of Rosie & Jim chicken including Gluten Free Battered Chunks, Gluten free Southern Fried Goujons and Gluten Free Crispy Shredded Chicken.

It was great to chat to everyone and hear how much they enjoyed eating our products in their homes.

We're already looking forward to next year’s event.

IFEX is Northern Ireland’s PREMIER showcase of the latest food & drink products, catering equipment, interiors, technology and services to the food, retail and hospitality industries.

IFEX is must-attend event for those in the foodservice, retail and hospitality sectors - at their last edition, 5,300+ key buyers from NI and beyond joined up to meet with over 140 exhibiting companies.

Thanks to everyone who came to the Coeliac Society of Ireland Gluten Free Living Show. We had amazing feedback on our products and really enjoyed talking with everyone.

and our Southern Chicken Fried Fillets for the 'Reduced Fat Meat' category.    

The Q Award Ceremony is taking place this Thursday in the Clayton Hotel.

Woohoo - we're celebrating! Rosie & Jim won 2 Awards at the Irish Quality Food Awards last night!

Rosie & Jim Battered Chicken Chunks won first place in the 'Free From - Frozen Savoury' category.

And our Rosie & Jim's Southern Fried Chicken Goujons won the 'Frozen Food – Savoury' first place award!
