Irelands leading Gluten Free Poultry supplier Rosie & Jim are pleased to announce that we have been awarded AA grade in our recent BRC audit.

Rosie & Jim are a family business producing tasty and nutritious chicken products since 1997. We use premium grade EU fresh chicken fillets and the cleanest ingredients possible to achieve products that ooze quality with a very natural “homemade” appeal. 100% of products are manufactured in Dublin at our state-of-the-art production facility. Innovation and continuous improvement are deeply ingrained in our business, and we strive to achieve on-trend, healthy meal options for mainstream consumers but also for those with dietary concerns.

The AA Grade is a testament to the high standard of food safety and hygiene coupled with good manufacturing practices which are adhered to at Rosie & Jim.

Technical Manager, Claire Hombecq said: “Achieving AA grade was something we have been striving for and it proves our level of competence in HACCP, Hygiene and Quality systems. We ensure strict adherence to our production systems and strive to lead by example in our Technical and Quality departments.”

We have a new update from Alison, Aska’s trainer. Aska is one of our 3 sponsored Guide Dogs for the Blind.

“Aska is getting on well with her training. She can be reactive with other dogs which come into her space, but her dog distraction is improving. Her recall was initially very poor, but I seem to have found the magic ingredient of chicken liver pate and this has worked a treat. A good little worker with a nice little trot…she pretends she’s very tough, but she is a big softy at heart! Now we just need to find the right match for her!”

Here she is above - pictured with her training buddies at Irish Guide Dogs for the Blind HQ.
